Placing an Order
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
·         Browse through third party product range
·         Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options and availability.
·         Place your order at our page using order form at the sidebar on your right.

Should you need further assistance with placing an order please contacts us, who would be happy to assist you.

Amending your order
You are able to correct errors on your order up as long as we have not place the order to third party.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend/change orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you can cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct details after getting my approval. You may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order).

Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery Charge
Delivery charge is subject to item’s weight, size, delivery address and postage option.
We aim to despatch your order within 24 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. We anticipate it will take 14 working days for your order to reach you via Royal Mail from the time we or third party sent the order.

We only accept cash via Maybank and Lloyds TSB. Payment via PayPal is accepted as well.

The description of the goods, price and delivery costs are set out in the invoice. Orders to third party shall be place once payment has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing and currency exchange rate.

Acknowledgment and Dispatch/Acceptance of your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order by email with the courier details. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order.

Purchases made through our page are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

Delivery and Warranty Arrangements
We deliver to all addresses in the Malaysia. Please note that we are unable to deliver order to hotels.                      

All orders will despatch within one working days subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery or lost of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.

We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on third party website. We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery.

Your order through our page will be delivered in unbranded delivery boxes/bag or they original packaging by third party.

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

We will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate.

Cancellation Rights
You have a right to cancel an order as long as we have not place the order to third party. Cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing.

Returns are only permitted if the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession. A refund will be issued within 15 working days. This may be subject to delays during busy periods.

We reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this service at any time.
